VFW Auxiliary Post 1769 in Effingham are starting their meals again in September. The menu for Friday, September 5th will be: BBQ Ribs, hashbrown casserole, vegetable, dessert, and coffee, tea, or lemonade for $8.00. Serving is from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at the VFW on Veterans Drive. The Disabled American Veterans Chapter #7 will be out collecting funds for Forget-Me-Not Day.
