Effingham defeated Mt. Zion in Apollo Conference action Thursday at all three levels.

The Hearts varsity won 25-23, 25-18 to even their season record at 2-2.

Effingham won the JV contest 25-13, 25-17 to improve to 2-2.

Teutopolis beat St. Joe-Ogden 22-25, 25-23, 25-22 to remain undefeated at 4-0.

St. Joe-Ogden won the JV contest 24-26, 24-21, 11-15 to slip to 3-1.

TTown won the fresh/soph affair 25-7, 22-25, 15-8 to improve to 3-1.

Windsor/Stew-Stras defeated Cumberland 25-15, 25-16. The Hatchets are still undefeated at 3-0, 2-0 in NTC play.

WSS won the JV contest 25-21, 25-19 to improve to 3-0.

Cumberland is now 2-2 on the season.

St. Elmo/Brownstown won over South Central 11-25, 25-17, 29-27 and are now 4-1 on the fall. South Central is now 5-2.
