Effingham and Teutopolis Battle on the Pitch

The Hearts and the Wooden Shoes left the fan entertained after their Monday night matchup.  Effingham jumped out on top early as they scored two goals in the first half to lead 2-0. However Teutopolis scored back to back goals in the second half to knot thigs up at two each.

Neither team could score in the rest of regulation which led to penalty kicks where Effingham picked up the victory 3-2.

Teutopolis won the JV contest 6-1.
