Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City pounded Mulberry Grove in high school baseball competition Wednesday, 16-0.
The Bobcats moved into a 4-0 first inning lead, then pushed that to 8-0 in the second. CHBC then tallied two runs in the third and fourth and finished the game with four in the fifth.
Hardimon hit a single and a solo home run. Vaughn had a single, double and an RBI. Bethel had a single and two RBI while Bennett, Kircher and Cox added a single and an RBI each. Ondes, Strange and Roadarmel finished with an RBI each.
