Cowden-Herrick Beecher City hosted Ramsey on Tuesday for a hot night in junior high baseball action. CHBC took a win 15-3 over the Rams, with a first inning and a nine run lead. It took them four innings to come out on top.
Brown on the mound for CHBC striking out eight and walking three and with only three errors.
Maxedon helping pitch with a strike out taking the Bobcats to a dominating five runs in the third inning.
Roadarmel batting four RBI’s with a triple and double, while Brown putting in three RBI’s.

At Dieterich
Dieterich secured a 5-3 victory over Altamont Lutheran in a hot, fundamental baseball matchup. Dieterich wasted no time establishing one hit run in the first inning.
In the bottom of the first inning, the home team made a run to strike first, taking an early 1-0 lead and setting a confident tone for the afternoon.
The game broke wide open in a wild third inning. Dieterich’s offense caught fire, in three big runs to extend their lead.
Refusing to go down quietly, Altamont Lutheran responded immediately in the top half of the frame.
Dieterich’s starting pitcher, Bohnhoff, anchored the defense by dealing six stellar innings. He racked up six strikeouts to Altamont Lutheran’s rallies, issued only two walks, and benefited from flawless execution with zero errors recorded on his watch.
Bohnhoff’s dominant performance on the mound ensured that Dieterich held the line, protecting their lead to close out the 5-3 win.

Teutopolis traveled to Charleston junior high for a hot evening and came out on top over the Trojans 13-1.
The Wooden Shoes came out swinging in the first inning scoring four runs. In only four inning contest, they had multiple runs. They capped off theit 13 hit win.
CMS Trojans struggled to find answers on both sides of the ball. While Judson.M managed to drive in Aiden A. for the Trojans lone run, the team was limited to just two hits overall.
TJHS pitching kept the Trojan’s off balance all night, racking up five strikeouts and shutting down any potential rallies.
Meyer, led the RBI, driving in three runs while going two for two at the plate. Kocher anchored the top of the order with three RBI’s and two runs scored.
Weidner turned in a perfect two for two performance, driving in two runs. Althoff and Deters each crossed home plate to spark the scoring depth.
