Sean D. McCain, 31, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Sean was born November 16, 1994 in Effingham, the son of John D. McCain, Jr. and Susan E. Kaufman.
He is survived by his grandmother, Marian Kaufman; uncle, Steve (Debbie) Kaufman of Sarasota, Florida; and aunt, Pam McGee of Bradenton, Florida; cousins, Brianne Kaufman, Savannah McGee, and Samuel McGee.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Kaufman; uncle, Brian Kaufman, and grandfather, Harold L. Kaufman.
