Libby Mae Roderick made her entrance into the world on September 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. She spent 70 precious minutes in the arms of her family before being welcomed into the arms of Jesus at 11:10 a.m.
Although we knew our time with her would be far too short, she gave us months of memories we will treasure forever. She traveled with our family, grew alongside her big sister and brother, and was loved fiercely every single day of her life. Libby’s time on earth was surrounded by exactly what she had always known – love. She never spent a moment without knowing how unbelievably loved and wanted she was. During her time with us, Libby was baptized by Pastor Mike Burdick and welcomed into the Lutheran faith. Libby is the cherished daughter of Meredith and Kolin Roderick and the deeply loved baby sister of Grace (4) and Jack (2).
She is also lovingly remembered by her maternal grandparents, John and Perrie Richards; paternal grandparents, Lori Roderick and Jay Bennett, and Kurt and Tracy Roderick; paternal great-grandparents, Jim and Carol Boos; aunts and uncles, Mallory and Bryce Weber and Cayleigh and Andy Beeman; her godmother, Kara McNeely; and cousins, Brynn, Tessa, and Reese Weber, and Tristan, Jameson, and Graysen Beeman. She was surrounded by the love and prayers of many extended family members and friends throughout her life.
Libby was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Clarence and Berniece Buesking, Ray and Florence Richards, Terry and Patricia Roderick, and Thomas Bryant.
Seventy minutes on earth. A lifetime in our hearts. Until we can hold you again, sweet Libby Mae. You were wanted beyond words, loved beyond measure, and you will forever be our beautiful girl.
