Penny Lynn Jessup, age 57, passed away Friday, July 24, 2026, in Deaconess Hospital, Marion, Illinois with her family by her side.
Services will be held at a later date.
Penny was born in Los Angeles, California, on October 24, 1968, the daughter of Willam Harra and Shelbie Jean (Wimberly) Harra. Penny was a homemaker and was known as the baby whisperer, she had the ability to calm the fussiest of babies. She loves camping, fishing, and listening to music. Spending time with her kiddos made her the happiest. She was also very close to all her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her daughters, Sattin Harra of Louisville, Illinois, and Desirae Harra of Centralia, Illinois; one brother, Lonnie Nossett of Centralia, Illinois; sister, Cliffia Dial of Louisville, Illinois; grandchildren, Alex, Kaylynn, Brody, Harmonie, Elizabeth, Jaxson, and a grandson on the way, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents, William and Shelbie, Sister, Candie C. Loyd.
