Tami (Kemper) Carll, 64, of Greenup, Illinois passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday July 22, 2026 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
A Celebration of Life will be from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 29, 2026 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup. A memorial service will immediately follow starting at 6:00 p.m.
Tami was born on January 3, 1962 to Robert and Wanda (Simpson) Kemper in Mattoon, IL.
She is survived by the father of her children Thomas Carll; children Thomas Carll II, Timothy (Hanna) Carll, and Trent Carll; grandchildren Ava Carll, Emery Carll, Bryce Carll, and Finn Carll; and sister JoAnn Kemper.
Tami was preceded in death by her parents; infant son Trey Carll; brother Rickey Kemper; and sister Rebecca Carver.
