Wendell D. Stoneburner, 78 years old passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at his home in Beecher City, IL after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham, IL. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Wrights Corner, Fayette County, IL with military rites. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, 2026 prior to the service at the funeral home. Family welcomes all guests to wear casual attire.
