Hardy William “Billy” Stark, age 60 of Neoga, IL. passed away on April 12, 2026, at his residence.
His wishes were to be cremated with private family services at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
Billy was born in Booneville, Mississippi on June 29, 1965, to Junior Stark and Sharon Lane. Survivors include his mother Sharon Bullard, his step children whom he held a special place for; sisters Judy Worch and Josie Peddycoart; brother Brent (Rachael) Stark; nephew and nieces Justin Ferguson, Jade Peddycoart and Jennifer Peddycoart; great nieces and nephew Jalene Sharp, Layla Peddycoart and Dawson Peddycoart; a host of aunts and cousins. Billy was preceded in death by his father; grandparents William and Lilly Lane; uncle William Daniel Lane; aunts Karen Robert and Jewel Lane; cousins Timmy Brigman, Julie Croy and Tina Warden.
Billy enjoyed being out in nature, fishing, and most of all his family. He will be missed by his family and friends for his pleasant natural smile.
