Lucille E. “Lucy” Green, 81, of Toledo, IL passed away at 12:30 am on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Cumberland Rehab and Nursing in Greenup.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday April 18, 2026, at the Jewett Community Church. A one-hour visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. The burial will follow in the Toledo Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
Lucy was born on December 25, 1944, in Briggsville, Wisconsin to James and Stella (Cook) Dunnett. She married Eugene R. Green in 1985. He preceded her in 2005.
Survivors include her son Keith Green; brother Ronald Dunnett; sisters Sharon Burton, Barbara Daschner, and Katherine Warzynski; grandchildren Tyler Green, Cheyenne Green, and Christian Green; and great grandchildren Tobey and Genesis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, brothers Gordon Dunnett and David Dunnett, and sister Lois Terrell.
Lucy worked as a sales clerk at Walmart in Charleston, IL. Before that she worked at Getzen Brass Instruments in Walworth, Wisconsin for 20 years. She was a member of the Jewett Community Church.
