The Dieterich Village Board discussed multiple items on Monday during their Village Board Meeting.
The first item approved by the Board was to authorize the Lease of the Water Tower real estate to the Rides Mass Transit District.
The Board then approved an ordinance authorizing the execution of a promissory note to finance construction of the Wright Family Center for $1,515,000.
The Board also approved the execution to finance infrastructure improvements for for the North Pointe Estates East Addition, redevelopment for the Hartke Subdivision, and to finance sewer infrastructure improvements.
The Board approved the 2026 Effingham Regional Growth Alliance membership dues for $3,500.
The Board approved an agreement for tax increment allocation redevelopment professional and consulting services with Moran Economic development.
