The City of Effingham has set their date for Trick-or-Treating.
Mayor Schutzbach has set Trick-or-Treating in the city of Effingham for Saturday October 31st from 6 pm-8 pm.
Residents welcoming trick-or-treaters are asked to keep their porch lights turned on. If a porch light is off, the city asks trick-or-treaters to respect the privacy of their neighbors by completely bypassing that residence.
All children should be accompanied by an adult throughout the evening.
The City of Effingham wishes everyone a safe, fun, and Happy Halloween.
