Severe weather visited Clay County Sunday night and early Monday.
The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for northern Clay County around 7pm Sunday. The Weather Service indicated rotation near Edgewood and Mason.
At 7:05pm, NWS indicated that Doppler radar had picked up a tornado near Edgewood.
Steve Lewis with Clay County ESDA reported some medium-sized tree limbs down, but didn’t report any other damage.
Clay Electric Coop dispatched linemen Sunday night to repair power outages north of Louisville.
