A ribbon cutting ceremony took place Tuesday afternoon marking the official opening of the Community Support Systems building in Teutopolis.
The new building marked an expansion from 15,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet. The project also consolidates the agency operation from four facilities to one.
CSS Executive Director Andy Kistler said the bright colors are pleasing for agency clients and employees. The upgrades also enhance the security in the facility.
