Wright’s Furniture & Flooring has announced Taylor Wright has been nationally recognized on the competitive Designers Today 40 under 40 list. Wright, who has been with the company since 2018, leads residential and commercial design across all locations, including Wright at Home in Effingham, which specializes in personalized interior design services.
The award recognizes “people at differing stages of their careers and who have diverse responsibilities within their companies. The annual 40-under-40 honorees are the next generation of industry leaders, the innovators whose actions will carry the industry forward for decades to come,” according to Designers Today.
Wright is a fifth-generation member of the family-owned business, which has been in operation for 137 years. For nearly eight years, Taylor has lent her design expertise to help customers enhance their home space.
“Taylor has been such a valuable asset to our team and this award is well deserved,” said Wright’s Furniture President John Wright. “She has transformed our commercial design services with our specialized Wright at Home store and gone above and beyond to help customers turn their house into a home.”
Wright will officially be honored at a special recognition event hosted by Designers Today and Home Accents Today on Sunday, October 18.
“It is such an honor to be recognized on this list and I am so grateful for the people that have helped me along the way,” Wright said. “I think this honor is a testament to the hard work we are doing at Wright’s Furniture and I am looking forward to seeing how we continue to grow and serve our community.”
Wright’s Furniture & Flooring is a fifth-generation family-owned business celebrating its 137th anniversary this year.
