Illinois State Police (ISP) Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 8 Special Agents arrested 38-year-old Elizabeth “Beth Ann” Parker of Salem, IL for Forgery.
In January of 2026, the Department of Child and Family Services requested ISP investigate Parker after she allegedly provided falsified information indicating a juvenile suffered from an untrue illness.
ISP Special Agents submitted their findings to the Marion County State’s Attorney’s Office. On Thursday, the charge was filed and ISP Special Agents took Parker into custody. She is being held at the Marion County Jail pending her first court appearance.
