The Cumberland County Fair crowned its royalty Wednesday night.
The 2026 Miss Cumberland County Fair is Rachel Starwalt. The Junior Miss Cumberland County is Livi Shuemaker. The Pre-Teen Miss is Vivian Sweeney.
It was a short turn-around for the new royalty since they headed to Springfield this morning for the opening day of the Illinois State Fair.
Queen Rachel was recognized as one of the few four-title holders, as she was crowned a Little Miss, Pre-Teen Queen, and Junior Miss before being crowned fair queen.
