Teutopolis resident Dalton Ard has been sentenced to six years in prison on a charge of resisting a peace officer.
Four other similar counts were dismissed against the 29-year-old Ard as part of a plea bargain agreement. Ard had been arrested in June.
Ard was given credit for 61 days served in jail awaiting disposition of his case.
