Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club welcomed Effingham County Fair Board President Phil Hartke, Jr. Miss Effingham County Fair Leah Ring, and newly crowned Illinois State Fair Queen Krista Phillips for a preview of the upcoming 82nd Annual Effingham County Fair, taking place August 1–8.
Members learned about this year’s exciting lineup of events, including the Freedom 250 Museum’s only Illinois stop, along with the many traditions that make the Effingham County Fair a beloved community celebration.
