The wife and half-brother of Dalewayne Turner of Plainfield have each been charged with three counts of first degree murder.

Turner’s dismembered body was found in Lake Mattoon in June. 26-year-old James Adams and 62-year-old Robin Turner had already been charged with concealment of a homicide and dismembering a human body. A Will County grand jury has now indicted the two suspects with Dalewayne Turner’s murder, alleging that the murder occurred at Turner’s home in Plainfield and involved sharp force injury.

Robin Turner is Dalewayne’s wife, while James is his half-brother.

Robin Turner is next due in court on Monday, while James Adams’ next appearance will be September 10. Both are being held in custody.
