Dieterich village board members approved a Tax Increment Financing agreement with Brett and Lynn Higgs.
The agreement is for a building in the Eastside TIF District that will be developed by the Higgs’ and then leased to ENTEC Services. A groundbreaking ceremony for the project is set for Friday at 1pm. The Village will pay up to $15,790 for a curb cut leading into the property.
The Village Board also declared that a property at 105 Railroad as dangerous and unsafe. If the courts concur in the decision, the Village will have the authority to correct problems with the property.
