Dieterich village board members voted this week to pay just over $46,000 for work on the North Pointe Ditch reconstruction project, and approved a just over $16,000 change order on the project.
The Board also considered for approval employee membership for benefits-eligible employees in a company called AirMedCare, formerly known as AirEvac.
Following a lengthy closed session, the village board took no open session action.
