The Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club celebrated its annual leadership transition Tuesday as Ryan Wyckoff passed the gavel to Bill Totten, who will serve as Club President through June 2027.
The club extends its sincere appreciation to Wyckoff for his dedicated leadership over the past year and looks forward to continued growth and service under Totten’s vision for the year ahead.
