Effingham City Administrator Steve Miller and Effingham Public Library Director Amanda McKay presented information on activities in the city June 10 to Effingham Noon Rotary.
Miller highlighted improvements in the downtown area, some of which are direct results of items included in the new Comprehensive Plan. He also shared about street and other public improvement projects.
McKay shared about library activities.
Both Miller and McKay are members of Noon Rotary.
