Effingham Public Library board members are pursuing strategic planning for 2027.
The Board heard from a firm called Fast Forward. After reviewing the firm’s findings, the Board is asking for revisions. Of particular interest to the Board is a community survey and a Board planning component.
Board members also welcomed Valerie Broeringmeyer, who fills a vacancy on the Board.
