Information is still becoming available after a search warrant was served on a house in Effingham Friday morning.
Effingham Police Chief Kurt Davis said the search warrant was served about 9am at a residence in the 400 block of St. Anthony Avenue. The chief said a quantity of drugs was found in the house. He said three people were arrested.
Davis said the names of those involved are not yet available.
A special response team involving city police and Effingham County sheriff’s deputies were involved in the operation. No one was injured.
