Lake Land College Honors students and members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society were recently recognized for outstanding academic achievements at the annual Lake Land College Honors Banquet.
A student officer for the PTK Honors Society honored for her service was Vice President Kyra Hazelton of Effingham.
Hazelton was also recognized as a full-level honors student for exemplary academic achievements, professional integrity and commitment to lifelong learning. Full-level Honors students are those who have completed four honors-level courses at Lake Land.
This year’s Lake Land College PTK graduates include Hazelton, Ellie Macklin of Mason, and Charlie Ring of Watson.
