The City of Effingham advises the public that The Equity will be closing Merchant Lane (Not Merchant Street) from West Temple Avenue to West Roadway Avenue. This is due to construction on their Feed Mill.
The road closure begins Saturday, April 18th at 8:00 a.m. and lasts until Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00 a.m.
