An Effingham woman was injured in a single-vehicle crash during the noon hour on Saturday.
The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office reported a SUV driven by 60-year-old Cathy Webb was traveling westbound on Heritage Drive, just east of North 1000th Street at 12:34pm. Webb’s vehicle struck a van that was parked along Heritage Drive, then left the roadway, coming to rest in a yard along the street.
Webb was injured and was taken to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham for treatment.
No citations were issued.
