Effingham County Treasurer Deborah Ruholl said the final distribution of the 2024 real estate taxes, mobile home taxes, and interest was made on Wednesday.
Ruholl said the total amount of $2,399,448.12 was distributed by direct deposit to the taxing districts. A taxing district may receive up to three distributions, if applicable, to their taxing district…real estate and mobile home taxes, interest, and Housing Authority.
