A man was arrested after an altercation at a local store.
The incident occurred on Saturday night. Effingham City Police Chief Kurt Davis said the man allegedly rammed his vehicle into the vehicle of another man. Three children were at the scene, although none of them were injured.
The suspect…42-year-old Edicson Ochoa of Stewardson…was arrested on three counts of child endangerment, as well as counts of criminal damage to property and aggravated assault. Police gave Ochoa a notice to appear in court and he was released.
