 Effingham Noon Rotary Club Holds Annual Changeover Meeting

It was Changeover Week for the Effingham Noon Rotary Club on July 2.

The Club welcomed new President Mike Kirchhoff to office. Kirchhoff is an account executive for Ameren Illinois. He succeeds Andrew Koester of Taylor Law as club president. Kirchhoff recognized Koester as Immediate Past President.

Chris Debolt of Culver’s is the club’s incoming president.

Kirchhoff also recognized those Noon Club members who had perfect attendance at meetings for at least the past year.

Perfect attendance was achieved by (LEFT TO RIGHT): Dave Ring–26 years, Tonya Siner–18 years, Norma Lansing–1 year, and Mike Varady–12 years.

Sponsors who recruited new club members were also recognized. Those are Tom Henderson, who recruited Laurel Light, and Norbert Soltwedel, who recruited Jordan Peiser.

Recognition was also given to Rotarian Russ Marvel, who was recognized with a Paul Harris +3 pin. The recognition is given each time a Rotarian reaches a $1,000 donation to the Rotary Foundation.
