The Toledo Spring Festival will be held Thursday through Sunday, May 15 - 18. Features include Pageants, a Parade, Car Show, Vendors, Live Music, Beer Tent, Food, Scavenger Hunt, and more! The VFW Auxiliary will be hosting a meal on Friday, May 16, from 5:00 - 6:30pm.  This will be at the Effingham VFW Post 1769 on Veterans Drive Meal Menu:  Oven-Fried Chicken, Chicken & Noodles, Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Vegetable, Dessert, plus Coffee, Tea, or Lemonade Price:  $8.00

Friday, May 16, will be American Legion Post 120 Poppy Day for 2025. We will be asking for your donations at Maple Street intersections with Evergreen, Temple, and Jefferson Avenues.
