ARCOLA — Cumberland High School finished third in the boys meet and fourth in the girls at the Lincoln Prairie Conference Track Meets Friday.
Sullivan won the boys meet with 135 points followed by Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond 122.5, Cumberland 115, Arcola 65, Cerro Gordo-Bement 57, Villa Grove 48, Niantic Sangamon Valley 42, Bethany Okaw Valley 40.5, Argenta-Oreana 40, Broadlands Heritage 14, Farmer City Blue Ridge 13 and Hume Shiloh 6.
Cumberland’s Reid Carlen won the 100 in 11.20 seconds and the 200 in 22.90.
Logan Gerhardt took second in the 300 hurdles in 42.49.
The 4×800 relay team of Cameron Roedl, Riley Morgan, Aydan Oakley and Gavin Whitaker finished second in 8:33.11 minutes.
In the girls meet, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond won with 131 points followed by Bethany Okaw Valley 87, Sullivan 82, Cumberland 698.5, Arcola 61.5, Farmer City Blue Ridge 47, Niantic Sangamon Valley 44, Argenta-Oreana 41, Broadlands Heritage 36, Hume Shiloh 31, Villa Grove 30 and Cerro Gordo-Bement 29.
Cumberland’s Hannah Shoemaker won the 100 hurdles in 18.18 seconds while teammate Kailen Leitch took third in 19.05.
Shoemaker finished second in the 300 hurdles in 51.06 and Leitch was third in 55.11. Amy Chirasanta finished third in the pole vault at 1.82 meters.
