On Monday, November 2, 2026, Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) will hold a press conference with EJ Water Cooperative and local leaders to announce federal funding secured for a major water infrastructure expansion. The investment will double the treatment capacity of the Delbert Mundt Water Treatment Plant, strengthening water service for rural communities across seven Illinois counties.
