The Beecher City School Board handed multiple items during their monthly meeting on Tuesday.
The first items approved by the Board was to approve the district safety plan, protocols, procedures and school safety drill annual review, Wright Specialty Insurance for the 2026-2027 school year for worker’s compensation, property, liability, and automobile insurance, and the maintenance grant for the 2026-2027 school year. The Board then approved for the Drama Club to take a trip to the Fox Theater on April 1st, and the purchase of a smartboard for the grade school. After entering executive session, the Board came back and accepted the resignation of Mitch Tarr as the Jr. High assistant Baseball Coach.
