The Effingham Junior High School cross-country team competed at the Robinson Invite in their final meet before the postseason, and both teams had a great showing.
The boys’ team finished fourth out of 18 teams, and the girls’ team also finished fourth out of 15 teams.
“Congratulations to A. Smith for placing 13th and C. Jolly for placing 14th,” said Effingham Coach Nancy Ervin.
“We are so proud of all our runners and the hard work, dedication, and determination they’ve shown throughout the season. Best of luck as they head into the postseason.”
