The South Central Cougars lost to Mt. Vernon in two sets 25-16, 25-17 on Wednesday. The JV also lost in two sets 25-14, 25-13 and the fresh/soph split 25-19, 20-25.
South Central is now 10-6, the JV is now 5-4, and the fresh/soph is now 2-0-5.
Annie Ruholl had 20 digs for South Central; Sophie Wodtka had four kills, eight assists, and seven digs; Bailey Wodtka two kills and three digs; and Maddie Peddicord four kills and 10 digs.
