Stewardson-Strasburg school board members this week voted to purchase a maintenance truck at a cost not to exceed $30,000. The Board also approved the purchase of two gates at a total cost of $1,100 in addition to the fence bid for softball and baseball.
The Board approved a heating and air conditioning quote for the library and district office, and approved the budget for the new fiscal year.
Board members also hired James Watkins as a part-time school nurse.
