South Central hosted Willow Grove and took a loss in softball action on a hot Wedsenday night.
St.Mary-Willow-Grove used a four- run third inning and held off a late South Central earning a 7-6 victory over the Lady Falcons.
Willow-Grove jumped in front 1-0 in the first inning before South Central answered with two runs in the fourth to take a brief 2-1 lead.
South Central pitcher Webster also went the distance, striking out nine while allowing four hits and seven runs.
Garrett led the offense by going 3 for 4 with three runs scored and an RBI. Gile went 2 for 4 with two RBIs.
