Sherry Kay (Taylor) Finucane, age 82, of Louisville, Illinois, passed away at 8:00 am, Sunday, August 30, 2026, at her home.
She was born on August 19, 1944 in Oskaloosa, Illinois, the daughter of Lois and Ralph Taylor who preceded her in death, also preceding her in death were her siblings: Burl and Don Taylor, and sister: Yvonne Eades.
Surviving are her husband: Dan Finucane of Louisville; daughters: Lisa Finucane of Channahon, Illinois, Kelly (Jeff) Clark of Minooka, Illinois; three granddaughters: Toria Rose, Emily (Clark) Jackson, Erin Clark; grandson: Zachary Clark.
It was Sherry’s wishes for cremation, and no public services will be held. A private interment will be held at the Oskaloosa Cemetery, Xenia, at a later date. The McGriff Funeral Home in Louisville is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
