The Office of Sheriff Paul Kuhns is letting the public know that the Effingham County Government Center, 120 W. Jefferson Avenue, is closed for the rest of the day today, Wednesday, August 19th, due to an unplanned power outage.
At this time, there is no impact on court or other regular services for tomorrow, August 20. If the outage is not resolved before tomorrow’s scheduled court time, further information will be released.
