A second person has been arrested in connection with a burglary and theft in Fayette County.
Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Steven Coody said 33-year-old Brian J. Bray of Marshall was taken into custody over the weekend. Bray is being held in Clark County, awaiting transfer to Fayette County, either later today or Tuesday.
Bray and 30-year-old Mark Heath of Marshall are charged with breaking into storage containers on the site of a solar construction worksite outside Vandalia last Monday. The pair are charged with taking approximately $12,000 worth of copper wire, Milwaukee tools and personal items belonging to employees.
