Cowden Herrick/Beecher City’s M. Prater pitched a no-hitter as the Bobcats blanked North Clay by 17-0 in junior high softball action Monday.
Prater threw three innings and gave up two walks and struck out four.
Meanwhile CHBC had 12 hits, led by E. Wheeler with a double and two triples and A. Ervin with three singles and one RBI. M. Prater, A. Cole, and B. Wilson, had a single and RBI each.

Violet Skibinski led the way in hitting with two singles and three RBI. Lexy Garrett had a single and also drove in three runs. McKenna Mette added a single and two RBI.
K. Mellendorf had a single for Dieterich.

St.Anthony opened with eight runs and went on for a 18-2 victory over Sigel St. Micheal Monday.
The Bullpups finished this game in the third inning. St. Anthony had eight hits. They were aided by 16 walks.
K, Doty had a double and 2 RBI while E. Fearday two singles and 3 RBI, K. Richards had two singles and two RBI, E. Bierman with a double and RBI, and B. Brummer with a single and three RBI.
E.Fearday gave up only one hit and one walk while striking out five for the win on the mound.

Mt. Zion broke a 4-4 tie with a 10-run fifth inning for 14-4 victory over Effingham Monday.
The Mustangs took a 4-0 lead in the third before Mt. Zion tied the score in the fourth.
The Braves banged out 11 hits while Schwass stuck out 10.
Effingham was led by A. Gouchenouer with two singles and T. Patton with a single and two RBI.

Spannagel tossed a no-hitter.
Windsor/Stew-Stras had nine hits led by Manhart and Kaufman with a single, double and an RBI each, Barnard with a double and two RBI and Shafer with a double.
