Effingham Sunrise Rotarians enjoyed a healthy program when they met July 14.
Sunrise Rotary welcomed Morgan Repking, MS, RD, LD, a registered dietitian nutritionist with Nourish, who shared the benefits of personalized nutrition counseling and healthy lifestyle habits.
