(TATTOO FOUND ON THE ARM OF DALEWAYNE TURNER, WHICH LED TO HIS BEING IDENTIFIED)
Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 8 has identified the victim found in Lake Mattoon as 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner of Plainfield.
At this time, State Police is no longer requesting additional tips, and say there is no threat to the public.
Police say additional updates will be forthcoming.
