Agracel, a national industrial real estate developer celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026, recently unveiled a refreshed brand identity that reflects four decades of growth. Agracel has grown from a regional developer into a national partner for industrial development, including build-to-suit projects, acquisitions, sale-leaseback transactions and construction management.
The rebrand consolidates the company’s previous naming—formerly Agracel, Inc. Industrial Developer—under the single, unified name, Agracel. The new visual identity features a bold, simplified mark and a refined color palette built for a national audience of brokers, manufacturers, and economic development professionals.
Agracel Industrial Chief Strategy Officer Sarah Horner said, “Our name and visual identity was no longer reflective of who we are as a company. We needed a bold and concise way to signal to brokers, tenants, and capital partners exactly who we are today–The Industrial Partner That Delivers. 40 years in, it was simply time for a fresh new look.”
Founded in 1986, Agracel has developed industrial facilities across the United States, structuring build-to-suit, acquisition, and sale-leaseback transactions in markets where speed, capital, and execution discipline matter most. The new identity launches alongside a refreshed website at agracel.com and will roll out across signage, marketing materials, and the company’s full property portfolio throughout 2026.
Agracel is headquartered in Effingham with additional offices in Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, and South Carolina.
