Windsor/Stew-Stras, Teutopolis, St. Anthony Softball Players Named To All-State Teams

The Illinois High School Coaches Association released the All-State softball teams.

In Class 1A, two Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg High School players were named.

Mya Friese, a junior pitcher, outfielder, drew Second Team status while teammate Kendra Hayes, a junior pitcher, infielder, was also named to the Second Team.

In Class 2A, Teutopolis High School’s Malea Helmink, a senior infielder, and Alyssa Tipton, a senior pitcher, were named to the Second Team. Named to the Third Team was Chloe Hoene, a junior catcher.

St. Anthony’s Julia Schultz, a junior catcher/infielder, was named to the Third Team.
